Rotterdam, the second biggest Dutch city is at the forefront of turning itself into a sustainable city in line with the SDGs. It has its own Rotterdam Climate Agreement, signed in 2019. It boasts an eclectic mix of modern, post-war industrial architecture and traditional canals and buildings. With a thriving and bustling culture and art scene, its plethora of stores and boutiques are equally diverse, with Rotterdam’s vintage and second-hand stores being particularly well-curated.
