This is your chance to shop the COSH! designers
What does a more sustainable fashion summer look like in Berlin? From 16 July 3:30pm you can discover it together with the COSH! network at our second pop-up in Peek & Cloppenburg Düsseldorf’s* Conscious Fashion Store.
You will get the chance to meet a new, unique group of entrepreneurs from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and even Romania at ‘The Playce’ shopping centre, Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Each of them will give you inspiration to get ready for summer and the rest of the year in various ways. Whether it’s through a focus on more natural fabrics like linen or hemp, or by choosing the path of regenerative fashion: there will be something for everyone.
Give your summer happiness an extra boost by stopping by at the Conscious Fashion Store on 16 July! Just like COSH!, Conscious Fashion Store aims to bring together people like you, who are interested in more sustainable fashion by offering a platform for events, talks, workshops, and pop-ups. Start your journey of self-reflexion around more conscious shopping at the Conscious Fashion Store and get rewarded for it! Come in and spin the wheel of fortune to win extraordinary prizes.
Have you ever heard of regenerative fashion? The term is often used in the fashion industry, but it’s not easily defined. Together with some of COSH!’s most pioneering fashion entrepreneurs, we will dive deep into the topic of regenerative fashion, and what it means for the planet and the retail sector. Join our panel discussion on the evening of 16 July to learn all about it.
Are you a designer who cares about more sustainable fashion? Then we have a special event for you! Get together with fellow slower fashion enthusiasts at our informal meet-up on 15 July. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know other COSH!-members from Berlin and beyond, as well as founder Niki and German community manager Luise.
One joint vision, 25 passionate entrepreneurs, inspiring conversations, and captivating conscious fashion: a couple of weeks have passed since the spring edition of the COSH! X Conscious Fashion Store pop-up. You can still discover our members from Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, and Catalonia until 14 July.
Apart from these familiar faces from our spring edition, our new summer pop-up introduces you to a new group of one-of-a-kind entrepreneurs. Each of them focuses on different themes, such as upcycling, longevity, and more natural fabrics and fibres.
This Romanian label strives to revive traditional Romanian hemp production with stylish suits, shirts, and jackets. The designs perfectly combine classic and Bohemian elements, giving the brand an original neo-ethnic vibe. De Ionescu has both menswear and womenswear, and even a shoe and knitwear collection. The label also offers a range of linen items handcrafted in their atelier in the Transylvania region.
Founded in 2013 in Ghent by architect Griet, Wolvis has put itself on the Belgian market as a unique and poetic knitwear brand, combining bold colours and shapes that stand out. That makes their 100% woollen items fit for not only winter — a time in which we can sometimes use a bit more colour — but also spring, summer, and fall. Wolvis is known for its exceptional scarves, but it also offers tops, jackets, and jumpers.
This women-led label uses only certified materials, such as GOTS-certified cotton, linen and lyocell, and offers modern and timeless clothing that will accompany you in every situation. Costume designer and founder Clara’s mission is to create beautiful, more environmentally-friendly and animal-friendly pieces of clothing that don’t compromise on style. Thanks to that, she has received a PETA Vegan Fashion Award for some of her items. Everything is designed and produced at the Clara Himmel Studio in Dortmund, as well as in small family businesses in Portugal and Turkey.
Are you looking for special basics? Nordlicht’s founders Maritta and Nico are two friends who share a love for travelling and creativity. Their fashion label combines a northern, minimalist aesthetic with nature’s most exquisite earth tones and a pop of colour here and there. In need of more breathable items for summer? Nordlicht has an entire collection made out of muslin.
Easy on the Beach: unique and colourful beach towels to wear
Elegant easiness and simple comfort: that’s what EASY ON THE BEACH stands for. This Münich-based label offers colourful beach towels that can be worn like a cape for maximum freedom of movement. All are made from more sustainable GOTS-certified organic cotton and are comfortable to wear. Apart from clothing, you can also find other beach essentials at EASY ON THE BEACH, such as stylish beach bags and jewellery.
In 2018 founder Ulla’s creative mindset got a boost, resulting in the start of her journey of creating bags out of moving blankets. After a while, Ulla started collecting other materials and is today producing a colourful collection of unusual and unique clothing, bags, and accessories in the atelier in Berlin.
As our first pop-up was a great success, we are excited to welcome back some of the talented and innovative brands for a second summer pop-up. We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with INFANTIUM VICTORIA, Xzota, GALLOBUEY, Kumi Brand, OWL, TWOTHIRDS, UMAMI, 8beaufort.hamburg, AYANI, ÏMAIMA and Bearth.
Each of these entrepreneurs, unique in their approach and steadfast in their missions, are shaping the future of fashion. Feel inspired? Don’t miss our opening party on 16 July at P&C Düsseldorf’s Conscious Fashion Store, Potsdamer Platz Berlin!
