Makers atelier for unique jewellery from textile
Amsterdam jewellery designer Iris Nijenhuis makes unique jewellery from textiles. Her innovative designs are modular, which means that the different pieces of textile are put together like a puzzle, without fasteners such as glue. The pieces of textile are cut with a laser cutter and then put together by Iris herself. The entire design and production process takes place in her atelier in the centre of Amsterdam.
Iris Nijenhuis does not have her own shop, but you can visit her studio in Amsterdam by appointment. Make an appointment in advance via her website.
