Denim Days Festival
At Denim City in De Hallen you can visit a vibrant denim market with workshops, famous denim brands, new innovations and exhibitions. Learn more about the environmental impact of denim and get inspired by the cool, new techniques to make sustainable jeans.

Workshop on body acceptance and self love
Are you in need of a calm moment? Join the guided meditation about body acceptance and slowing down at Nina V. in Amsterdam West. It’s the start of the swimsuit season and we already feel the pressure of looking like our best version. Meditation can help to release this pressure and refocus on self acceptance, connection and happiness.
At the store, you can also discover the collection of the circular brand Overall Office. This brand is originally from Czech Republic and is now testing their products in Amsterdam thanks to COSH!

Repair/darning workshop
Have you always wanted to learn how to repair your clothes? At Sewing Café De Steek you can pop in with ‘old’ clothes and create something yourself! Use the sewing machines and ask questions to owner Natalie.
On Friday April 22th, from 14 – 16H30, you can join a workshop about darning. This is a creative way to repair your clothes. Learn tips and tricks and become a repair queen thanks to Nathalie’s expertise!

Who doesn’t love a good story and sustainable snacks? Six and Sons is showcasing the stories of 5 brands in their store (Rhumaa, Cucumber Clothing, Lana Siberie, That Gorilla Brand and Kaboosh). Get inspired and enjoy vegan snacks and beverages at the unique cacao bar at Six and Sons.

Plant dye event and organic Lemon Poppy Tea workshop & tasting
Welcome in the coolest store mixing hand picked vintage with gorgeous new collection in natural colours. Throughout the weekend The Collection One is enhancing your shopping experience with a plant dye event by Studio Marte, who will show you how to dye fabrics with plants.
Next to that, there will be a Lemon poppy tea tasting and workshop. – A professional is coming to explain the benefits of this handpicked tea leaves for you. After the tasting, Lisa from The Collection One will tell you everything about the sustainable labels and amazing handpicked vintage in store.

ENSO Vintage – Upcycling workshop and open atelier
Want to learn more about upcycling? Go to the open atelier at ENSO Vintage, which is all about upcycling vintage garments into new and modern silhouettes and styles. Between 12 and 13H there will also be an upcycling workshop with limited spots available, where owners Andrea and Liseth will teach all about cools and fun ways to upcycle a shirt!

Draping workshop with leftover fabrics
How to make something beautiful again from something ‘old’?
