Fermin is a small-scale and creative restaurant in Rotterdam where food is cooked in harmony with nature. They only work with fresh and local ingredients from the area, such as vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. They also focus on the ‘no waste’ principle and ‘waste’ in the kitchen is converted into edible solutions as much as possible.
At Fermin they offer a daily changing course menu, full of fresh and seasonal ingredients. You can choose from a 4, 5 or 6 course menu. You do not know in advance what you are going to eat, but you can inform them on your allergies or dietary requirements. The menus can also be ordered vegetarian.
