The very 1st Women’s Trail Training Course in Belgium!
MOOV 360 is organising a weekend to talk about training, technique and mental preparation for trail running, all in a sporting and friendly atmosphere.
On the programme:
- Optimising running technique
- Mental preparation
- Relaxation and massage
Minimum level required:
- Ability to run a 15km Trail race
- Minimum equipment required (bag, shoes, poles optional)
- There will be 2 levels: intermediate and advanced.
