Women’s Trail Training with MOOV360

The very 1^st Women’s Tra­il Tra­ining Cour­se in Belgium!

MOOV 360 is orga­ni­sing a weekend to talk abo­ut tra­ining, tec­h­nique and men­tal pre­pa­ra­ti­on for tra­il run­ning, all in a spor­ting and fri­end­ly atmosphere.

On the pro­gram­me: 

• Opti­mi­sing run­ning technique
• Men­tal preparation
• Relaxa­ti­on and massage

Mini­mum level requ­ired:

• Abi­lity to run a 15km Tra­il race
• Mini­mum equ­ip­ment requ­ired (bag, sho­es, poles optional)
• The­re will be 2 levels: inter­me­di­ate and advanced.
