Five Years of COSH: A Journey of Transparency, Tenacity, and Transformation

When Arianna from Green Fashion Tours announced on LinkedIn in February that she was looking for someone to take over the platform, we were thrilled many people pointed to COSH! as the ideal partner. Ever since launching in Germany, we have been on a rollercoaster ride.
We met up with the tour guides, and the stores for the first time at Kleiderei in Berlin, and all stores were keen to test the COSH! Screen My Store tool. Guess who had the highest COSH! index that evening?
We started onboarding all the Berlin-based stores and kicked off with a succesful press launch with great thanks to Natascha von Hirschhausen, who kindly hosted us. The night was a blast! See the recap movie here on Instagram or below.
What followed was a massive amount of press coverage: COSH! was featured in Fashion United, J’N’C, BLONDE, Textilmitteilungen, e‑tailment, msn.de, CHIP magazine amusingly claimed we’re in competition with Zalando, giving us a good laugh. It’s just like newspapers to create click-bait headlines, isn’t it?
After the summer, we initiated our B2C press communication, and it was an instant hit.
We’re thrilled to have visitBerlin championing the COSH! Green Fashion Tours. Also, the German Travel Board has been promoting us. Our gratitude extends to Fashion Changers, Green Style Munich, Life PR, Freundin, Luna Magazine, and Perle Magazine for featuring us. A special highlight was the TV Interview on rrb24 Abendschau and the feature in Green Knowledge Magazine.
We successfully hosted 23 Green Fashion and Circular Economy Tours for businesses and universities from across the globe: including Toronto, Belgium, Germany, The UK, China, Denmark, France, and Germany. Having the Zeeman and Decathlon join our guided tours was a pleasure. Fostering awareness and exchanging knowledge with industry pioneers is crucial.
In just the first six months of its introduction, the COSH! platform was consulted by 10.000 people (9.934 to be fully transparent) in German, in addition to numerous Belgian, Dutch and Spanish readers.
What will 2024 bring for COSH! in Germany?
2024 is off to an exciting start for us! Niki has been invited to join a panel at the NEONYT Düsseldorf. For more details, check out the Neonyt event on the COSH! website.
Furthermore, the first COSH! Berlin Route Guide will be launched soon in February. Plus, we are expanding our reach by opening in a major German city in April, not previously covered by Green Fashion Tours!
