Are you looking for more sustainable items for toddlers and kids? Geertrui from Vos en Ooievaar will help you find exactly what you need. What’s very unique about Vos & Ooievaar is that it’s one of the few physical stores in Flanders where you can find an enormous range of washable nappies. Apart from that, Vos & Ooievaar also offers clothing, toys, and accessories for babies and mothers, whether they’re from your birth list or simply caught your eye on the spot. Is renting more your thing? At Vos en Ooievaar you can rent Moses baskets, co-sleepers, hanging cots, and baby nests.

Naaipunt is a creative hub for those who want to learn more about the art of sewing. It’s located in Buurthuis Posthof, where Annelies organises First Aid for Sewing open ateliers on Wednesday afternoon and offers advice to improve your sewing skills. Are you doubting on whether you should buy a sewing machine? For just 7 euros a week you can rent one at Naaipunt! What’s more, the hub also houses a corner full of pre-loved and upcycled gems, as well as a store with everything you need to start sewing and repairing your clothes.
