Laura’s dream had always been to create a project where she could combine sustainability, social values and fashion. At 1.5m tall, a size outside of stereotypes, she decided to challenge social norms and create FYOB BRAND in 2021, a brand that breaks beauty stereotypes. For FYOB, beauty is found in diversity.
Find Your Own Beauty, or FYOB, creates genderless garments made ethically in Girona. Its main objective is that, through FYOB garments, you feel comfortable and confident with yourself.
FYOB is committed to ethical and fair trade production, where all workers have decent working conditions. That’s why the factory where most of its garments are made is Fair Wear Foundation certified. In addition, all the fabrics they work with are ecological, recycled and vegan, and they follow the zero waste philosophy where all the fabrics that are left over are used to create new products.
