Get crafty and bring home your own more sustainable, hand-sewn tote bag
Want to make your own bag and reduce waste? In this workshop, you will make a lightweight, more sustainable tote bag that you can take with you wherever you go. You will learn how to cut, reinforce, stitch and finish, all at your own pace. You bring the creativity, we bring the leftover materials! This workshop is offered in collaboration with Studio Stoflov.
Practical information
- When? This workshop will take place on Saturday, 28 February from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Who is it for? Young and old from 8 years old (children under 12 years old may be accompanied by an adult free of charge).
- Where? Kringwinkel in Sint-Jakobsstraat in Bruges
- Price: €19.50 per person
- Early bird discount: Book your ticket at least one month in advance and receive a 20% discount!
Are you eligible for the opportunity rate? Then you will receive an 80% discount on all activities at Studio Stik with your UiTPAS. Use the discount code UITPAS when purchasing your ticket. The discount will be applied automatically. Then send an email to studiostik@trad.be stating your name, UiTPAS number and the workshop you have registered for.
Refund policy and minimum number of participants
- You can cancel your registration up to 7 days before the workshop.
- You will receive a full refund of the registration fee. A workshop will take place if at least half of the available places are filled.
- If there are too few registrations, Studio Stik will switch to an open workshop for all customers. Those who have already registered will receive a refund. The decision whether the workshop will take place in its original form will be taken on 25/02/2026.
What is Studio Stik?
𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗸 is the new 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘅 𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 in the Kringwinkel in Sint-Jakobsstraat in Bruges. An open studio that welcomes anyone who likes to get creative with needle and thread. Where you can save textiles or clothing from the rubbish dump by pimping them, repairing them or transforming them into something new!
