Wear For Life – OBA Naaiatelier

During the period from September 1 to October 19, OBA will host drop-in sessions for independent use of sewing machines at various maker spaces in OBA branches: CC Amstel, Javaplein, Slotermeer, and Molenwijk. Throughout these seven weeks, people can use sewing machines at the mentioned four locations during two specific time slots each week. These time slots are either weekday mornings (09:30 – 12:30) or Saturday afternoons (13:00 – 16:00). Each location is equipped with three sewing machines. Additionally, there is one overlock machine and basic materials like sewing thread, fabric scraps, and a small collection of patterns. People can work on their own projects independently! A supervisor will be present during each session to offer advice if needed.
