There are only 2 days left until the very first Mend In Public Day! Are you ready? Mend In Public Day is a collective action organized by Fashion Revolution that opposes the cycle of excess through repair and reuse. The idea is simple: come to Het Faire Oosten with your items in need of repair and sew as a protest against fast fashion! #FASHIONREVOLUTION

PRACTICAL
We will have a ‘mend-area’ set up from 11:00 AM on Saturday for our Fashion Revolution showcase, where we will repair clothing in a cozy atmosphere and in public view. Bring your own damaged garments and sewing kits!
Feeling unsure about your repair skills? Don’t worry, bring your items in need of repair and we’ll help you mend them on the spot while you learn. This day is all about learning and sharing.
