The public afternoon programme organised by Wear for Life x Textielnetwerk Groot West focuses on making, meeting people and discovering new things.
Local makers, designers and textile artists will introduce you to the world of sustainable fashion and textiles. Expect an inspiring programme featuring workshops and hands-on activities centred on topics such as repair, reuse, upcycling and textile crafts.
Discover new techniques, get hands-on and meet the makers from Amsterdam West and Nieuw-West. At the same time, we’ll be showcasing the wealth of craftsmanship, creativity and knowledge that exists in the neighbourhood, and how we can work together to extend the life of our clothes and textiles.
