In this 3‑hour hands-on session, participants will join textile artist Selina Ben to explore the beauty of Sashiko, a traditional Japanese embroidery technique, and learn how to apply it to denim mending. Designed to be beginner-friendly, this workshop requires no prior experience with hand stitching or embroidery. By the end of the class, attendees will gain the fundamental skills needed to mend their favorite pair of jeans, making them last longer while transforming them into a unique artistic expression.
