Fien from Whisperweed is back at Tarra for an inspiring kombucha workshop! Want to learn how to make this refreshing and healthy drink yourself? In this workshop, you’ll discover all about kombucha, from the basics to the fermentation process.
What to expect.
🍃 What is kombucha? Learn what exactly kombucha is and why it’s good for you.
🍃 Ingredients & techniques: Find out what ingredients you need and hygiene rules.
🍃 Making kombucha: You will learn the first fermentation with scoby and starter liquid as well as get an introduction to the second fermentation.
🍃 Tasting: Taste different kombucha flavours and learn how to experiment with flavours during the second fermentation.
🍃 What will you take home? A starter kit with scoby, starter liquid and weck jars, so you can get started right away at home! You will also receive a handy info sheet with recipes.

After the workshop, you can still do your packaging-free shopping at Tarra. Feel free to bring your own jars! You can weigh them and add a barcode sticker to subtract the weight at checkout.
