How sustainable is Hemper?

Hemper was born from a trip to Nepal where they discovered hemp as a way to create sustainable products. The products Hemper are woven in Mohan’s workshop with shuttle handlooms and made in a collective workshop in Bajhang (Boudhanilkatha, Kathmandu). The people of this community come from rural areas and belong to the segment of society with fewer resources and even without basic education. But they know that the backpacks they sew every day cross the world until they reach your home.
