- City Guide
Have you planned a shopping trip to Hasselt soon, but not sure yet which stores to check out? As of 15 March, you can get your hands on the new COSH! shopping map in Hasselt! It was launched on the occasion of the Flanders Technology & Innovation Festival in Hasselt, which takes place from 16 to 21 March. The new card will not only take you to 12 more sustainable shopping addresses and 7 second-hand shops, but also to no fewer than 30 repair points in and around the city. A fashion journey with an extra focus on repair, that is! Below, we highlight some of our favourite addresses for you.
COSH! resolutely opts for repair
What would a more sustainable fashion industry be without more attention to second-hand and clothing repair? Thanks to the partnership between COSH!, the city of Hasselt and VITO, you can now shop more easily and consciously in Hasselt. With the launch of the new COSH! map, we introduce you to the importance of Repair as part of the R‑strategy (Reduce, Reuse, Repair & Recycle). Indeed, this time you will find not only local shop and food addresses on it, but also more than 30 repair points. This makes it easier for you to contribute to a more sustainable future. You can get the COSH! map for free at Visit Hasselt, Modemuseum Hasselt, De Ware Vrienden gallery, Z33 or at participating shops.
