At Rambler Studios Amsterdam on the Zeedijk, young talents get creative by designing, making and selling upcycled clothing. “Rambler Studios empowers young Ramblers to design their own lives through street fashion.”
The studio is run by a team of Rambler Creative Coaches and Lifestyle Coaches with a focus on fashion design and social youth work. The young people are called Ramblers: walking, searching, but finding their path one-day. Their stories play an important role in the social and dynamic studio.
Rambler was established by Carmen van der Vecht in 2007 after she had portrayed young people living on the streets in cities such as London, São Paulo and Amsterdam. Their striking outfits, expressing their creativity and identity, inspired her to show these unique street styles and powerful individuals to the world. The clothes you buy at Rambler have a raw and unique design. Want to read more about the brand and the story behind it? Then click here.
P.S.: Do you have any unused denim or jumpers lying around? Turn them in at Rambler Studios and the Ramblers will make something new out of them!
