Have clothing or textiles hard to part with? A shirt, a dress, or a fabric with a story behind it, too nice to throw away but never worn? Or has the pile of fabric scraps from past projects, old tablecloths, or curtains simply gotten too big?
This workshop turns that material into something new: a sturdy, lined bag you’ll actually use every day. Participants learn step by step how to turn existing textiles into a well-made bag, with no complicated patterns, just an achievable project with a personal result.
What to expect: step-by-step guidance and advice, clear written instructions to reuse later, coffee, tea, water and snacks, and of course, a finished bag to take home. The workshop runs in a small, relaxed group with room for guidance, exchange, and creativity.
Basic sewing machine experience is needed (straight stitching, simple seams), but no expertise required. Enthusiasm for making matters most.
