During the kintsugi workshop – which literally means ‘golden connection’ – you will learn the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold. Instead of hiding imperfections, they are celebrated. In this way, you discover the beauty of repair and resilience.
Under the guidance of Eline from Mosaic C’est Chic, you will learn about the origins of kintsugi and the underlying philosophy, the process will be explained step by step, and you will receive help where needed – so that you save beautiful broken ceramic pieces from the waste heap and go home with a unique work of art.
