WORKSHOP: KNITTING ON SINGLE BED

In this workshop, they will give you a taste of the wonderful technique that is knitting. You will learn to knit on the single bed of a brother knitting machine. You will learn swatches using different basic techniques that you will take home afterwards. They offer yarns in different colours and raw materials for this purpose, which you may choose from.

What exactly will you learn:

• We go over all the accessories and buttons and what their function is.
• Sewing up and down
• Playing with stitch sizes
• Increasing and decreasing in 3 different ways
• Shortened rows (for knitting necklines and pockets)

If you want to learn specific techniques, you may email in advance with your suggestion.

Yarn is included in the price. There are 3 places available each time.

No prior knowledge is required.

The workshop will last 4 hours and will take place in the workshop (town wall 14, Beringen, block F, Room 12).
