At Salon Résonances in Strasbourg, Iris Nijenhuis exhibits her high-end wearable collection, showing the craftsmanship and tactile richness of her modular technique. In recent months her focus has shifted a little towards tapestry and art installations, but her passion for wearables remains strong. The two don’t replace each other: they complement and enrich one another.
The fair brings together around 180 craft professionals from eight European countries, presenting unique pieces and small series, with talks and screenings on contemporary craft alongside. Visitors can meet the makers and talk with them directly.
