Libraries of Fashion – Re-read your wardrobe
On 25 April 2026, the lower level of Hamburg Central Library will be transformed into a hub for sustainable fashion. Under the slogan “Re-read your wardrobe”, Kleiderei Hamburg and other organisers invite you to rediscover fashion, swap clothes and get creative – all without buying anything new.
Whether it’s a clothes swap, mending, embroidery or screen printing: the programme has something for everyone.
Programme

Screen printing & embroidery workshop: Customise and enhance textiles
Info Points & Exhibitions: Themed stations and insights into fashion, consumption and the circular economy
