From Thursday 12 to Saturday 14 November, MAD Brussels presents the third edition of MAD Parcours, a fashion and design walk through the centre of Brussels. Brussels creators take over shops, studios and galleries, with meetings with the makers, collection presentations, launches, craft demonstrations and window installations made for the event. A printed map, available at MAD Brussels and at every participating address, lets you plan your own route.
Four stops on the route:
- AORI Studio at Espace Charles Haumont: AORI Studio, founded in Brussels by Jeanne, shows its handmade jackets, made with artisans in Jaipur, India, from vintage Kantha textiles. Every jacket is one of a kind. AORI Studio shares the space with Kramnavkoeh.earth.
- Café Costume at NOJ: The Belgian label known for tailor-made suits presents its work at NOJ in the Dansaert district.
- GOYET at Valérie Berckmans: Brussels fashion designer Valérie Berckmans, known for graphic cuts and a minimalist style, hosts GOYET in her space.
- Emeline Peuple and MA.I.LLE – Paule Malle at Oxfam Vintage: Oxfam Vintage hosts two creators for the weekend.
