In this cooking workshop with food editor Sam, of Sam Serves, you will learn how to easily replace sugar and animal products with healthy, sustainable, protein-rich alternatives, while at least approximating the delicious flavors and textures of the original dishes.
Very concretely, you convert some popular classics such as for example tomato-garlic, chicken curry, vol-au-vent, hamburger, tiramisu, chocolate mousse, cheesecake, … to a completely vegetable and sugar-free version. You will also work sustainably and from the circular philosophy.
