Sew, Mend and Upcycle Every Thursday
Do you love being creative and want to meet other people who enjoy sewing? Every Thursday evening, the Peek & Cloppenburg* Conscious Fashion Store opens its workshop and atelier area in The Playce at Potsdamer Platz for the Open Sewing Café.
Experienced sewists guide you, whether you’re sitting at a sewing machine for the first time, brushing up your skills or working on a project of your own. You can give a favourite piece a fresh look or learn a new technique, all in a relaxed setting. Free drinks are included.
Sewing machines and fabrics are provided. You’re also welcome to bring your own machine, materials and any garments you’d like to upcycle. Taking part is free of charge.
