If you have no idea of your PR yet, run a fast 5km on your own shoes.
TIP: this is best done on a road with little traffic and crossings.
Don’t be discouraged by the word ‘fast’! It’s about your own PR. In other words, no matter what time! The most important thing remains to always enjoy your runs.
