OBA will be hosting drop-in sessions from September 1 to October 19, allowing for independent use of sewing machines at various maker spaces in its branches: CC Amstel, Javaplein, Slotermeer, and Molenwijk. Over these seven weeks, sewing machines will be accessible at these four locations on two specific time slots each week — weekday mornings (09:30 – 12:30) and/or Saturday afternoons (13:00 – 16:00). Each site is equipped with three sewing machines, one overlock machine, and basic supplies including thread, fabric remnants, and a small selection of patterns. Participants can work independently on their own sewing projects! A supervisor will be present to offer support if required.
