Between September 1 and October 19, OBA will organize drop-in sessions for the independent use of sewing machines at various maker spaces across its branches: CC Amstel, Javaplein, Slotermeer, and Molenwijk. Throughout these seven weeks, sewing machines will be available at these four locations during two specific time slots each week — weekday mornings (09:30 – 12:30) or Saturday afternoons (13:00 – 16:00). Each location will have three sewing machines, one overlock machine, and basic materials like sewing thread, fabric scraps, and a small collection of patterns. Participants are welcome to work on their own projects independently! A supervisor will be present during each session to provide support if required.
