The two sisters Arina and Anya Woron started their label out of a passion for durable and minimalistic lingerie and basics. For them, underwear should be relaxed and not crawl into your butt or leave stripes on your skin. You put it on every day, why would you want to feel uncomfortable in it? Woron is lingerie, swimwear, and basics for women who like to live comfortably.
Woron is also very fond of nature and therefore chooses sustainable materials, such as modal, Egyptian luxury bio-cotton and recycled polyamide for swimwear. Ecological packaging has also been considered. For example, the shipping boxes are made of recycled paper. The laundry bags you get with certain products are made of 100% organic cotton. The rest of the trimmings from the hangtags to the packaging paper is all recycled. The brand is not circular, as this is still very difficult for lingerie.
Production takes place mainly in Hungary in an OekoTex-certified family business. There works a team of mostly women who earn more than the minimum wage and work in good working conditions. There is a special arrangement for working mothers. This is all thanks to the strict labor legislation and honest owners. The swimwear the brand produces in a factory in Portugal and the socks at a small family business in Italy. The laundry bags are produced by the brand in India, as the organic cotton comes from there and thus transport is kept as low as possible.
A brand that clearly knows what it wants: casual, durable underwear, basics and swimwear for women who like to keep it comfortable.
