It’s official! Green Fashion Tours is now also guiding tours in beautiful Munich!
We are in the midst of exciting times. After three years of exploring the green fashion scene in Berlin, we are ready to create new partnerships in other cities and get to know even more talented sustainable designers, beautiful stores, and innovative projects.
The big launch of the Green Fashion Tours Munich took place at the first GREENSTYLE MUC last October. GREENSTYLE MUC is the first public festival in Munich fully revolving around sustainable fashion, accessories and natural cosmetics.
In that beautiful environment we not only launched the Green Fashion Tours München Map listing 30 designers and stores you can find in the city; we also guided our first tours within the fair, visiting our partner stores Akjumi, ANSOHO and ME & MAY boutique, who were presenting their newest collections at the fair.
Who is behind Green Fashion Tours MUC?
We are happy to welcome Mirjam Smend and Samira Nilius in our team. Mirjam is the GFT coordinator for Munich. Beside the creation and curation of the GREENSTYLE MUC, she is the founder of the blogzine my-GREENstyle.com and a freelance sustainable journalist. Samira is a dedicated sustainable fashion activist and founder of the platform be awear. She creates and guides unique customized journeys among the green fashion hot spots in Munich.
Meet the team in April at Isarforum
We are pleased to announce that Green Fashion Tours will be exhibiting at the next edition of GREENSTYLE MUC, happening at the Isarforum on 05.-07 April. We are looking forward to meet you personally there, to distribute our maps and to answer all your questions about sustainable fashion!
Our co-founder Arianna will be pleased to chat with you during the three days festival. Within the conference program Arianna will also give a presentation about her research work on Circular Fashion, which she carried out at the V&A museum in London.
The touring season is open!
It´s finally time for a new serie of public Green Fashion Tours in Munich. The first of the season will be run during the Fashion Revolution Week 22.th-28th April. The exact date & time will be published soon. So, stay tuned & don´t miss the chance, ´cause this tour will be free!
