Tonny Van Bavel en Anne Hilden richtten deze store op met als leidraad en fairness en 100% transparantie van de merken. Om in Supergoods terecht te komen als duurzaam kledingmerk, moet het dus aan bepaalde voorwaarden voldoen. Zo moet het volledige gamma uit biologische of gerecycleerde materialen bestaan, en moeten het productieproces en de arbeidsomstandigheden gecertificeerd zijn of in Europa vervaardigd zijn. Ook hun verzorgingsproducten selecteren ze volgens dezelfde voorwaarden. Zo wil Supergoods sustainable alternatieven op alle vlakken aan zijn klanten aanbieden.

Supergoods Mechelen is de eerste vestiging van alle Supergoodswinkels. Hier is de urban feel gecombineerd met de zachte en vrolijke tinten van de producten.
