Snuist is a contemporary creative care studio located in the centre of Tilburg, where young adults facing barriers to employment can find a meaningful day activity. The focus is on providing a fulfilling day where they feel at home, experience positive energy, and have control over their activities.
Together with the participants, their parents/guardians, and other involved parties, Snuist explores their talents and interests, working based on their motivation for a pleasant and purposeful day. Autonomy, self-determination, and a meaningful day are the core principles. The objective is to offer structured creative day activities under professional supervision.
Snuist aims to create a welcoming environment where participants can be themselves. Three types of day activities are offered: meaningful tasks, light production, and customized activities. Snuist welcomes young adults with various backgrounds and offers a trial day before fully participating in the activities.
