Looking for a new circular t‑shirt? Then scroll through RE|claimed’s webshop! This brand makes women’s t‑shirts from ‘reclaimed’ or recycled and biodegradable materials in Amsterdam.
Leonie Windhouwer founded RE|claimed two years ago to research how to produce women’s shirts as sustainably as possible. The starting point was to use as much waste as possible. At the moment that means a minimum of 30% recycled cotton, supplemented with wood pulp from sustainably managed forests.
The sewing is done by Makers Unite and the t‑shirts are dyed in a natural way, for example with indigo, avocado and galappel, in the Roua workshop. Both social workshops are located in West Amsterdam. This local production supports the local industry, minimizes CO2 emissions and contributes to transparency. RE|claimed is a true slow fashion brand with high quality t‑shirts that can last longer. Buy basics for your wardrobe!
