For the production of the collection pieces, it uses the expertise of the Belgian family company LSP, which runs a workshop in Tunisia. This collaboration only takes place for the permanent collection, which accounts for around 35% of Leather BE’s offer. 

Francine also retains full control over the process by supplying the leather and designing the models herself. She thinks up 3 fixed models for each collection, of which she produces 20 to 30 pieces each time.
