Fashion Revolution Germany e.V. is part of the global movement initiated by the poignant query, ​“Who made my clothes?” This campaign champions supply chain transparency, advocating for ethical production chains and fair labour conditions within the fashion industry.

The initiative is highlighted annually on Fashion Revolution Day, April 24, in memory of the 2013 Bangladesh factory collapse. It aims to celebrate and encourage sustainable industry practices.

Rooted in the efforts of Carry Somers and Orsola de Castro, Fashion Revolution has grown into a widespread movement, with a presence in over 90 countries. The German chapter educates consumers and the industry about fashion’s environmental and social impacts, promoting a shift towards more responsible consumption and production practices.
