Looking for an item with a unique but natural character? tiSHōō is a storytelling brand with a more sustainable approach. tiSHōō, an interesting name that refers to a connection between fabric and texture. Sabine Scheers, former head designer of Humanoid, has followed her own path and delved further into her passion: “I want to make beautiful things with and for beautiful people.” In short, the creations must connect.
The story behind tiSHōō is divided into chapters. Each collection represents a chapter and is connected to a natural material or design such as hemp, organic cotton, deadstock and saris. The first production group is focused on dresses as this is an item in itself: complete, personal and more sustainable. Other chapters and items will be developed in the future. Each chapter has small runs with limited editions to keep the ecological footprint responsible.
The design studio is located in the charming Klarendal fashion district of Arnhem. The studio also has a beautiful concept store “by tiSHōō” and is the perfect place to admire, feel and try the collections.
