The Clothing Loop offers a simple and more sustainable way to swap clothes with people in your own neighbourhood. The concept is simple: large bags filled with clothes circulate past participants in a city or neighbourhood.
When you receive the clothes bag from the previous participant, you can take out what you like and add your own clothes that are still in good condition. Then pass the bag on to the next on the list. This swap action not only reuses clothes but also creates a stronger sense of community.
Thanks to a lot of support from organisations like Slow Fashion Movement and others, The Clothing Loop has grown into a powerful network. Not to mention the amazing volunteers who set up and run local Loops. Together, they make this project possible.
