Newex has developed the first ecological and 100% specialised canyoning suit, created in Spain and recyclable.
The initiative was born in 2019 with the aim of caring for the planet, making canyoning a much more sustainable and environmentally friendly sport.
Álex Cerón, Álvaro González and Jorge Vera, founders of the project, as canyoners, decided to do their bit by creating a sustainable alternative to the highly polluting classic neoprene wetsuit, which would cover the needs of canyoners.
They are the first project created by and for canyoners in Spain, with a team of five professionals in the sector, all with more than 20 years of experience in canyoning, responsible for the development, testing and validation of the product to achieve the best possible equipment. They produce in Spain, locally and KM0 way, in local factories and workshops in Valencia and Barcelona.
