On Saturday 10 October, Kanaal30 in Utrecht will be transformed into a vibrant venue where sustainability, creativity, craftsmanship, fashion, art and culture come together.
At DRAAGBAAR, you’ll discover just how versatile the possibilities are for keeping items ‘alive’.
Various initiatives will demonstrate how clothing can be given a new lease of life – from new, unique designs to simple repair techniques, creative upcycling ideas, art and clever styling tips. We’ll also introduce you to the world of sustainable Utrecht-based (fashion) brands.
DRAAGBAAR is more than just an event.
It’s a community of makers and visitors who share a passion for fashion, repair and reuse. Everyone is welcome to come along, find inspiration and get stuck in themselves.
Feel free to bring along a garment of your own and try out new skills in one of the workshops. Discover how much fun it is to learn, create and give clothes new meaning together with others.
