Fabric included or bring your own!
Always wanted to make your own bag? In this two-part workshop, you will work under supervision to make your own bag! You will learn to work with the sewing machine, cut fabrics and of course how to put everything together neatly. At the end, you will go home with a homemade bag – how fun is that?
What to expect?
- Explanation and guidance on how to sew a bag
- We have already prepared the basic pattern for you.
- Learn how to pin, cut, reinforce and neatly finish
- You can choose from our second-hand fabrics or bring your own favourite fabric. It’s fun, for example, to bring old pieces of clothing or other textiles and use them in your bag. This will make it extra personal!

- Use of sewing machines, thread and haberdashery
- Guidance from experienced teachers
- Fabric selection from our sustainable fabric stock (or bring your own)
- Unlimited tea and socialising
Want to join?
