Workshop: Sashiko Visible Mending at REST
Sashiko: With this visible mending technique from Japan, you mend damaged fabric with beautiful patterns. In this workshop, you will learn the basics and completely unwind with slow stitching; sashiko is, after all, wonderfully meditative. Get out of your head by putting your hands to work!
Practical Information
- This workshop takes place on Saturday, July 4th from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM for €50 per person.
- Fun for ages 14 to 140!
- Materials, 2 drinks, and a snack are included.
You do not need any experience to participate in this workshop. In fact, this is an ideal first project to learn how to hold a needle and thread!
