Learn to Crochet: A Workshop with Studio Orf in Ratingen
Ever wanted to pick up a new hobby and finally learn how to crochet? This is your chance. Spend a relaxed, creative afternoon learning the basics — no experience needed, whether you’ve never held a crochet hook or already know a stitch or two. Over three hours, Nicki will walk you through the tools, materials, different stitch types, and a few practical tricks, and you’ll start your first piece right away using thick T‑shirt yarn.
The workshop is hosted in collaboration with Studio Orf, a Düsseldorf-based label specialising in one-of-a-kind, handmade crochet pieces known for bold colours, striking designs, and accessories that are anything but off-the-shelf. Every piece is made by hand, built to be kept rather than replaced.
Materials, drinks, and access to the studio’s candy bar are included in the price. Spots are limited, so early booking is recommended.
