FOCUS & FLOW – The mindfulness workshop with breathwork and essential oils
Are you racing through your days, doing too many things at once, feeling stresses and overwhelmed?
This workshop will show you how to activate your power and life energy and find balance. It will help to reduce stress and tension and to find your way back to yourself. You can expect an introduction to the topic of focus & flow, mindfulness exercises and a guided breathing journey, tips and routines for your balance in everyday life, as well as impulses on how effective essential oils can support you. In the end, you will also receive a small oil sample for your experience at home.
