In this darning course, you will learn the techniques that can be used to reinforce worn socks at the heels or jumpers at the elbows. The beautiful “visible mending” technique with various stitching techniques will make your socks or jumpers fit and wearable again.
Bring a pair of socks and/or a knitted jumper with worn patches (no real holes), your curiosity and a good mood! Plenty of yarns to choose from and all darning tools are available on-site. You will take home your freshly repaired piece of knitwear and small printed instructions.
The workshop will be held in a safe space with a small group of up to 6 people and delicious tea.
