Old Copper, New Jewellery
On Wednesday, 4 November, NochMall, Berlin’s first department store for secondhand goods, invites you to another evening of Schlagartig!. The idea is simple and a little rebellious: old copper wire from used cables becomes the material for jewellery you design yourself.
Copper is soft and versatile, so it leaves plenty of room for your own ideas. Over three hours, you turn the wire into one of a kind pieces that are as individual as you are. You don’t need a plan before you arrive. Just bring your curiosity and let the material inspire you.
The workshop takes place right inside NochMall, so you can browse the secondhand departments before it starts, since the store is open until 20:00.
