OBA is organizing drop-in sessions from September 1 to October 19 for independent use of sewing machines at different maker spaces within its branches: CC Amstel, Javaplein, Slotermeer, and Molenwijk. Throughout these seven weeks, people can access sewing machines at these four locations during two specific time slots each week: weekday mornings (09:30 – 12:30) or Saturday afternoons (13:00 – 16:00). Each location offers three sewing machines, one overlock machine, and essential materials like sewing thread, fabric scraps, and a small collection of patterns. Participants can work on their own projects independently! A supervisor will be present during each session to provide assistance if needed.
