Wear For Life – OBA Naaiatelier

Between September 1 and October 19, OBA will host drop-in sessions for independent sewing machine use at several maker spaces across its branches: CC Amstel, Javaplein, Slotermeer, and Molenwijk. During these seven weeks, people can access sewing machines at these four locations on two specific time slots each week: weekday mornings (09:30 – 12:30) or Saturday afternoons (13:00 – 16:00). Each site is equipped with three sewing machines, one overlock machine, and basic materials like sewing thread, fabric scraps, and a small collection of patterns. Participants can work on their projects independently! A supervisor will be on hand during each session to offer support if needed.
