Wear For Life – OBA Naaiatelier

From September 1 to October 19, OBA will provide drop-in sessions for independent sewing machine use at various maker spaces across its branches: CC Amstel, Javaplein, Slotermeer, and Molenwijk. Throughout these seven weeks, sewing machines will be accessible at the mentioned four locations on two specific time slots per week: weekday mornings (09:30 – 12:30) or Saturday afternoons (13:00 – 16:00). Each location is equipped with three sewing machines, one overlock machine, and basic supplies such as sewing thread, fabric scraps, and a small collection of patterns. Participants can work on their projects independently! A supervisor will be available during each session to offer assistance if required.
